I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Yale University. I completed clinical internship at the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University with a concentration in Behavioral Medicine, working alongside multidisciplinary teams and clinics to help individuals cope with chronic medical issues such as diabetes, cancer, heart disease, GI conditions, allergies, and eating difficulties. I completed postdoctoral fellowship at the Yale School of Medicine, where my training focused on clinical research and assessment/treatment of loss-of-control eating in adults and adolescents.
I grew up in Miami, FL and graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College with a double major in Psychological & Brain Sciences and in Government.

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the states of New Jersey (35SI00649400) and New York (024178-01). I also have a PSYPACT telehealth license (14811).
Research
My research has investigated mechanisms of and innovations in eating disorder treatment.

I provide clinical supervision and consultation for mental health professionals and trainees.
